Is Verizon data down for you?

We've been seeing a lot of reports of Verizon data services being down today, possibly limited to BlackBerrys (which, ironically, are probably used in mission critical situations more than most other devices). What's the status out there in the field? Anyone see any issues?[Thanks to everyone who sent this in]
Update: Response from commenters has us thinking this is a pretty isolated incident, but keep the reports coming. Thanks, everyone!

Seems to be fine on my VZW Blackberry. Maybe a BES/VZW problem? Im on BIS.

I'm the wireless consultant for a medical enterprise company in Metro washington DC. On my wat to school one data card end user called me and said hers just stopped working in mid-day. The first thing I do once i get to school is access EngadgetMobile. Thanks for the heads up.
Nope im in souther california nothing wrong with my BBR...

*Email works fine
*Web works fine ...even faster than usual
*txt( regular,and pic txt) works fine
I know a lot of friends that have BBR and were all working, i wonder were u guys got tip of this outage???

I have a regular feature phone here and i can't send pic/video messages in the Detroit area.
Well now it is working. This is odd
Nothing today BUT yesterday this did happen to me about 4:30 Central time. While sending some text messages its stated "National Coverage area Failure." My EVTX bar dropped to zero then came back. When it came back i had 4 new text messages. It only happened 2 times and within 10 min. It was odd but really didnt bother me at all.
Mine was down for a while.

Yeah about a couple of hours ago I noticed my Tour couldn't pick up a mobile network here in Vermont, I did a battery pull reset and it was back.
No problems with my VZW data card any time today in Northern Virginia.
BB 8830 on VZW... Data was down for a few hours. E-mails flooded in at ~6:30 PM EDT.
BB 9530 working fine here in South Wyoming.
I've been having problems with my BB messenger and I'm not receiving emails for some reason. Im in the LA area and have a BB Storm.
Mine was out for about three hours but it's back up now. I have a BB TOUR on BIS. I was dying without twitter! lol...
I heard AT&T had one in the detroit area?
Yea my BB said 1x for a while this afternoon (Toledo, OH)
finally went back to 1XEV and in came a bunch of emails, rather disappointed in verizon...
Heavy Blackberry user in Arizona, no data issues at all. None of my customers or co-workers have complained

Mine has been sporadic since last night. Seems like push is not working. Sometimes I can only get my email (pop3 and IMAP) if I do a manual reconcile. Last couple of hours it has been fine, earlier today and last night not so much.

Both have been affected.
My data was down for a few hours today periodically. I went into the app catalog on my LG Dare and it said that it was unavailable and to call customer service. I also got a similar message when i tried to access the web. Verizon is always great when it comes to their network, so I'm not too worried. Now their customer service is a different story...
I use my data constantly, haven't had any downtime since i joined "the network" back in October 2008. I am in Columbia, MO in a densely populated neighborhood (apartments) and am approximately 1/5th of a mile from the tower.

Had some problems yesterday receiving emails on one blackberry yesterday, but not another (in the same location)
Was terrible today in the Detroit/Metro Detroit area. I had a family gathering I went too and everyone with verizon was saying they been having trouble. I know its not there house. I have ATT I had no problems, but I know 2 of my cousins could not BBM, another lost service all the time etc.
Mine was spotty earlier.
Up for me on my Samsung Omnia (running one of the WM 6.5 ROMs from MoDaCo) outside of Baltimore.
All is well in Iowa.

My Air Card quit from about 4:30 until about 8:00.
Close to Canton, Ohio.
BB service was down from around 5pm - 7:30pm Eastern.
Central Ohio for the location - sorry.
Im also in Metro Detroit.. My 3 aircards did not work from about 3 until 7pm, kept getting an invalid user name / password error. Would not connect at all. Data worked just fine on my tour though, well the on device data did, tethering did not work. I called CS, waited on hold for 8 mins, which usually means anything more than 2-3 minutes they are having problems. Rep confirmed a nationwide data outage.
Data on my VZW Blackberry is working fine. There were several areas of isolated problems with data. There has been no ETA on when these issues will be resolved. A few major population areas were among those affected.
Mine was down for like 15 minutes today at around 4:00 PM in NYC. I have a Samsung Omnia i910.

Verizon doesn't go down? Stop thinking this company is invincible.. you want proof? Call up Verizon and tell them to search zip code 48322 they will tell you there is a data outage...

No problems here in NY. I am a heavy data user and haven't had a problem at all.

Because I am on T-Mobile. Sucker.
VZW data was down for me all last night. Unfortunate, because i was trying to use me some google maps to get someplace. All is working now.

I wasn't able to connect at all yesterday in central ohio

People calling me on Thursday said they were getting a message saying my line had been disconnected and number changed. Both in network (other VZW and out of network callers) I am in Charlotte, NC.
