I hope five million is just a start. If the iPhone catches on maybe it can grab more of that nearly half-billion person user base of China Unicom. They didn't bend to China so there's no WiFi in this version of the iPhone. Deal-breaker for me as a China Unicom subscriber; I'll go for the Sharp SH0902C (sold as the 923SH in Japan) instead, thank you very much. If I'm going to be limited to the 3G network, mught as well have a phone with a screen that can actually be called "high-res" (480x854).

Jamar

Comments on China Unicom stockpiling 5M iPhones for launch?

This picture isn't accurate, i see 32 only.

smover

Comments on China Unicom stockpiling 5M iPhones for launch?

Ah shoot, miscounted.
