Sony Ericsson Satio arrives at the FCC
Well well, it looks like the mythical Sony Ericsson Satio is soon to go from beautiful fever-dream to actual reality -- it's popped into the FCC database with test results on GSM 850 and 1900, otherwise known as EDGE. Yeah, that sort of sucks, but we're still holding out hope, since we don't know the full story -- it could be destined for a lame existence on AT&T, it could be sold unlocked, or it could be a Canadian or Latin American model. Seriously, though -- it's the Satio, and the government has one. You know what that means.

being a former Sony Ericsson fan, the mere success of this phone will be based on which carrier (if any) picks it up and actually ADVERTISES the device! (Can anyone say AT&T W810i??). And of course, if SE thinks that the phone will sell better unlocked...then we will have another XPERIA re-run --- $799++ unlocked for Satio...maybe, if we're lucky?
Also, I find it amazing that SE continues to put their garbage proprietary charging ports on these new high-end phones. Hopefully AT&T does carry this phone just so we can have the option of buying the EXTENDED WARRANTY!!! pathetic.
This one sure isn't destined for AT&T.
"and the government has one. You know what that means."
I don't know... what does that mean?
1. We must work for the FCC, for test the newest phones.
2. It's usable in US.
3. It's coming soon.
Random Question... Regarding the reflection of the camera, what type of camera is that? Looks like it has a retro look.
