We've heard about a good number of these phones were bound for Verizon Wireless already, but if this leaked doc via
Boy Genius Report is to be believed, we now have a much better idea when they should be within reach of consumer hands. First up is
Samsung Rogue for sometime this month (we
previously heard today, but that's looking very doubtful at this point) for an estimated $370 subsidized. Next on the calendar is the "female centric" Nokia Twist 7705 in late September for $230, which more likely than not is the swiveling device we've seen on
two prior occasions. Also due out next month is the Samsung
Intensity for $130 (screenshot after the break). LG Chocolate Touch was rumored by Best Buy for today, but here it's listed for an October debut, along with
Storm 2, a "low cost QWERTY" HTC Razzle / Blitz 2 (
XV6175, perhaps?), and the
Motorola Sholes "Google Phone,"
red D-pad likely in tow, all with TBD price tags. Rounding out the list in late November is the BlackBerry Curve 2, which we wouldn't be surprised if it turned out to be the
8530. The first one expected for public is the Rogue, replacing the
Alias 2 that just launched back in May. What gives Verizon, no love for e-ink textpads?

I'm gonna flip out if info like this keeps coming out with no mention of the Touch Pro2. Afterall, the TP1 and Diamond dropped to $29.99 (2 year) on vzwshop.com overnight. I mean, their successors have to be coming soon.
The Rogue is not replacing the Alias 2...it's replacing the crappy Glyde

another phony balponey screen shot on bgr gets all the phone rumor sites and their loyal minions excited. there is so much here that seems wrong. replacing the alias 2 my rear end. it's replacing the glyde. Alias 2 has only been out 3 months! and where are the other phones believed to come out in the next few months. the Omnia 2? TP2? Touch diamond 2? Similarly, those prices seem pretty ridiculous...too low for unsubsidized, but too high as a price for 2 years.
And look at the faked bs best buy releases bgr (and phone arena, and engadget, etc. etc,) that were reported around 8/8...omnia 2 was released today!

It's called Touch Pro 2, but VZW is going to wait until HTC releases the TP3 to everyone else before they let us have it.
A VZ employee actually posted on another site that this leaked doc is for Sam's Club stores, which is why the Omnia II, TP2, and Diamond2 aren't on here. He also said that the Rogue will be replacing the Alias at Sam's Club. Actually makes sense if this doc is store specific.
