AT&T hits BlackBerry Bold users with visual voicemail

I did the update, clicked the icon for visual voice mail, and was told I needed to call my wireless service provider. The rep I spoke with was very helpful, but she said that I was the first person to call asking about visual voice mail for the bold. She eventually had to call the dedicated "blackberry support" line to get everything wrapped up. In the end AT&t had to re-provision my blackberry. It works great now, its just too bad it didn't work our of the box. Also, you might want to have our imei number ready when you call them.
I turned it on myself in self service portal... it sends a text message to my BB which prompted a power cycle, and voila... no talking to reps
