Nokia N97 Mini press photo outed, existence still not official
We've already gotten quite an eyeful of Nokia's N97 Mini -- so much so that it's hard to believe this thing still isn't official. So be it, though, here's the first official press shot we've seen, from the same site that revealed the N900 pic earlier. Feeling any more excited about it now than you were yesterday? Us neither.

Personally, I think the bronze scheme is stylish. I would buy it.
I would suggest you to go for the full sized one.
I have had one myself since about a month, and while at first I was bitterly disappointed by it, Nokia pulled out an incredible feat to salvage its sinking finnish flagship.
For the last 3 weeks I got at more than 1 over the air update A DAY, inculding to complete full ROMs and numerous fixes.
Last week all N97 owners in my area got invited to Nokia's Swanky danish headquarters for a "N97 academy" meeting where a Nokia rep, accepted questions and showed us how to solve every problem or complain we might have had and even if some of those fixes took some hours of work to implement, like moving all apps from a memory to another one or downloading some cool 3D themes and/or wallpapers, and apps and programs from the 100s free available from OVI or from one of the dozens of dedicated S60 sites , the results were impressing: the N97 was transformed into a real killer piece of electronic marvel (which definitely was'nt when it came out of its pretty box).
Nokia also gave us food and drinks (remarkably good) and filled our pokets with free Nokia goodies like lanyards, stylii, mobile accessories and a very cool Nokia 4GB alu memory key; but the best is that the fixes and updates keep coming every single day (week ends excluded) the last two just today, and this phone is getting better and better with every passing day.
Until few days ago my beloved (and pimped up) HTC touchHD was still my primary phone (mostly because after nearly a year of use I know it so well and becuse of all the stuff I have in its capacious memories) but now the N97 has taken its place and even if I'm gonna keep my touchHD , I don't miss it a bit when I have the N97 with me.
I also have a 2 weeks old HTC Hero with its android+ Sense UI goodies, (which I managed to get in exchange of the disappointing iPhone 3GS) , but evn though it is undoubtly a top notch smartphone (and enormously better than the iPhone 3GS which substituted) compared to the N97 it's just a pretty toy.
In fact I'm now more impressed by this phone than I was disappointed when I first got it.
So impressed in fact that I decided to change it with a N900 as soon as it will come out, and maybe also get one of those new Nokia booklets instead of the Samsung N310 I planned to buy when Win 7 will be bundled with new netbooks, to substitute my aging (pimped up) MSI wind.
Nokia has demonstrted that even if a device sometimes gets rushed out of the factory a bit earlier than it should have done, a serius company can take good care of its customers anyway , repair the few bugs and make them happy again.
And happy I am: the N97 is now the best smartphone money can buy, now it's even better and cooler than my friend's Samsung OmniaHD , which just a month ago , when we both bought our phones , was undoubtly a superior device in more than one respect.
Those are also some of the reasons that make me think that the miniN97 is totally redundant and unnecssary: with the "real" N97 now finally in top fighting form , why should anyone go for the reduced version?
I'm gonna change it (I hope very soon) only for the N900 rover, just like I will substitutemy HTC touchHD only with a Leo (aka Firestone) with win6.5 and the latest TouchFlo UI.
