This one slipped right under our radar, but some Sprint stores have already started taking delivery of the
awesome Motorola Endeavor
HX1 headset -- so at least one part of the
rumor calling it out as a $159.99 Sprint exclusive was true. Fortunately, the pricing part of the rumor was false, because the sticker price you'll find on the shelf is a slightly more palatable $129.99. That's still pricey, yes, but at least it falls in line with the upper echelon of Bluetooth headsets on sale these days. We called around and found that some locations don't have it, some don't expect it until next week, and some already have a few socked away under the counter, so call around before you head out to pick it up.
Very beautiful.
Not nearly as good nor as nice as my Nokia BH 904
It's been available since the 3rd of Sept: www.fuzemobility.com/motorola-endeavor-hx1-bone-conduction-headset-available-today/
Great device. I use it and love it
I bought this device yesterday, and I love it.
It replaced my Motorola H15. My H15 is now a "Playstation 3" headset. I love that headset, as well.
Two things, however... I miss the charging dock though, that I have for the H15. Putting the headset "in-ear" also takes some getting used to. Headset activation - I miss the flip of the H15. The side switch is going to take some getting used to as well. Do you just leave yours on all the time? The switch, I mean...
All in all, however - GREAT headset. It is quite a bit bigger than the H15, but not too big. The voice prompts within the headset are very welcomed.
My Sprint store has had this headset for sale for the last few weeks.
I feel like Vern Troyer should be yelling "Don't taze me, bro!"
yeah, stores have had these in for weeks now. the stores that dont have probably sold out of them, it took a while for inventory to be replinished after the initial shipment here.
Does this support A2DP?
Off course support A2DP. Motorola is the first release A2DP than Nokia. Motorola bluetooh much better than Nokia bluetooth.
on display weeks ago at my local Sprint store
@MotoZine unfortunately it does not support A2DP. Just tested one with a Blackberry Tour. I would have switched from my Voyager Pro if it did. :-(
