Purported Motorola roadmap uncovers Sholes Tablet, Motus and other mythical mysteries
Okay folks, this is the moment where hauling a spoonful of NaCl down the chute would be highly recommended. DialAPhone seems to have unearthed what looks like a Q4 2009 - Q1 2010 Motorola roadmap, and while the finds are certainly intriguing, we're still hesitant to believe this thing is legit. For starters, this is obviously a European plan, so what we're viewing here may never make the tedious journey across the pond anyway. Secondly, how many of you honestly believe Moto's cooking up a Sholes Tablet? Exactly. That said, we'd be the first to drool should that device (or the Motus and / or Zeppelin) launch early next year, and you can bet your bottom dollar that we'll be scraping the floor for details when CES kicks off in just a few months.

The tablet could just be the name for the qwerty-less version of the sholes!! i rememer reading about this and seeing an image as well. And did no one notice an 8MP CAMERA WITH XENON FLASH?!?! AND 720P HD VIDEO!!!!
I have been wating a LONG time for the sholes to come out, but now i kinda of feel like waiting until next year to see if the tablet is indeed the qwerty-less version of the sholes here is the picture i remember seeing:

i am so EFFING EXCITED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
pwetty.
Exactly. The slide shows that both the "Sholes" and "Sholes Tablet" share the same 3.7" display, so clearly "tablet" doesn't mean something bigger, it just means a tablet shape, as in no sliding keyboard. What's hard to believe about that?
In fact, it implies that they replaced the keyboard with a better camera, which is sensible and common. Witness the difference between the HTC Touch Pro2 and Touch Diamond2.
This is funny. Other times Engadget got a roadmap they were all over it, this time they don't believe it.
This is a real roadmap for the GSM phones. Tablet means no keyboard.
Look around CES all you like, but you have the information here and you are ignoring what you have.
SHOLES TABLET really looks like the phone im looking for.
With Android 2.0, a real iPhone Killer
