Motorola CLIQ available to T-Mobile customers now, great masses November 2
Well now this is a pleasingly rapid transition from announcement to review samples to market availability. Motorola's Android-loving CLIQ (already on sale under the moniker DEXT in the UK), its QWERTY keyboard and all the apps you could desire are now ready to be had, should you already have an account with T-Mobile, the device's exclusive US carrier. It was expected that only pre-orders would be taken today, but it appears for all the world that T-Mobile is ready to start shipping the CLIQ to its loyal customers ahead of the November 2nd full release date. Prices start from the previously reported $199.99 on a two-year agreement -- a move that will give you plenty of time to wonder if you shouldn't have waited for more details about the Droid mashup from Verizon, Motorola, and Google.

Okay sounds good but no Project Dark no care.
Think I'm going to have to pass on the Cliq. The hardware is just too underwhelming. Same old dated processor that the G1 uses and I heard that the Blur UI is a total battery killer. Now the Droid looks impressive. Come on T-Mobile, give us some killer Android phones!!
I believe they are going to release the HTC dragon. The problem is that android 2.0 isn't supposed to be released until the 2nd quarter of next year sooo you can either wait for that or the behold 2 which should be out by the middle or end of November. I'll be waiting for the Dragon myself.
I need an eye candy, thin Android phone with a full QUERTY keyboard, plus touch screen that includes a decent mega-pixel camera WITH a flash, Adobe Flash Player and a reasonable unlimited voice and data plan. Please anybody, somebody, HTC? T-Mobile? help me!
I really do not understand T-mobile US. They always bring mediocre products at high cost. If CLIQ was priced at UK level, I think no one would have complained its shortcoming. Unfortunately, since Droid is out there with Verizon, this thing looks so mediocre even before its official launch.
