Walmart's $30 deal vaults Pixi from 'meh' to 'sure, I'll take three'
At $100, the underpowered Pixi doesn't look like a great value against its bigger, older brother -- but at the $30 Walmart is charging through its partner LetsTalk, the game changes a bit, doesn't it? Sure, $70 isn't that huge of a difference quantitatively, but emotionally, $30 is basically an overpriced meal or two -- and considering the old adage of "a moment on the lips, a lifetime on the hips," wouldn't you just rather have webOS? We've heard of some bad experiences with LetsTalk rebates in the past, but in this case, it's just an instant discount, so it seems like it could be a no-brainer for on-the-fencers.

Doesn't Wirefly take your firstborn if you change your plan in any way? I thought that even if you upped your plan, you were charged $275. Heaven forbid you are actually a day late paying your bill as well.
And I did an oops. I mean Letstalk (although I think Wirefly and Letstalk have similar stringent rules)
I believe if you buy from Let's Talk only if you lower your plan do you pay $250 fee. I went through them back in January and that is the way it was then. I shortly added a line and it made no difference to them
I just got off the phone with them. This is a new customer price only. Existing Sprint customers who are eligible for an upgrade on their phone will have to pay $250.
By any stretch of the imagination, this is an incredible deal. WebOS to the masses!
How do you pull this up? I just tried to look for it but wasn't able to ...
