The AAC version doesn't have the usual section markers so you can skip around to topics of interest.

The Zune version has issues with resuming and FF. Can you just switch the Zune feed to point to the mp3 instead?

I'm sure that eventually there will be custom UI's eventually. M$ may mandate their start screen off the bat; but eventually oem's will be allowed to customize. The hardware vendors cannot compete otherwise

They can compete on specs and build quality, just like PCs.

It's not like Windows 7 is really any different on a Dell versus on a Sony Vaio.
