RIM opens doors wide to the BlackBerry Beta Zone

There's really nothing quite like getting an app or indeed an entire OS before your buddies do, even if that app is so buggy to make it unusable. RIM's giving you the chance to be that shinning star among your friends -- a geek lord if you will -- with the launch of its new BlackBerry Beta Zone. Getting on board is dead easy: if you live in Canada, the US, or the United Kingdom, simply sign up, download stuff, test said stuff, and provide some feedback. No word on what exactly you'll get to take to task, but we do know whatever it is will be free, likely buggy, and an all around good time. After hearing all that if you still feel like you're ready to help shape the future of BlackBerry, follow the read link and get yourself signed up.

Blackberry is slowly becoming the new sidekick. Rim needs to do something quick! If it wasn't for bbm and push email/facebook, they would already be down the drain
Aren't we all already Beta testers with their already buggy/Shitty "official" releases?
Pretty sure the whole Storm1 project was in beta the whole time....
@JaredMC
God can you just shut the fuck up?
Yeah, when the storm 1 came out it was a bit buggy and laggy, but now it's fine.
That argument is out of date and so annoying.
@thrash1256
yes, "out of date AND annoying." ... kinda like the storm one.
@JaredMC
"Pretty sure the whole Storm1 project was in beta the whole time...."
LMAO That was genuinely funny. Thanks.
@thrash1256 that's funny you are so upset. And also the fact that your whole argument actually sounds like the beta process in general....
Shining. Not shinning.
@keekah
Shh, boy! You wanna get sued!
