Don't use these memories instead use a advanced hdd which requires neg. amount of energy and can transfer at a future rate of almost 10 Gbps with a single platter having amount of heads as many of the applications present on the computer then u would not need to improve in it.
Thinkin about a common man. Building a high end phone and taking out new models everyday is really costly so why don't you find a way out where each and every hardware of the phone is present i.e., the P.C. or a laptop or a handheld so why don't you just slip a sim slot into it as they are also on the turning routes each and every day as it will save you cost of designing and connectivity and also a common has a very good option to buy this thing which has a lot more to give than a cell phone with limited features.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a solid state drive, around 32 to 64GB, for use in my web server. The drive will contain my web sites and the operating system, either Windows Server 2008 R2 or Ubuntu. Large storage is handled by a separate RAID array, so capacity is not an issue. Rather, I am looking for the fastest, longest-lasting, and most reliable drive under $150 that is suitable to my application. Any thoughts? Thanks!"
