I wish Sprint would get on board with everyone else and get some phones that weren't so out of date. However, I will say.. I was so happy after about three hours of arguing with representatives about the release of the phone and getting the rebate.. Is there any reason why Sprint's customer service center SUCKS...Please explain... nobody knows anything and you have to wait for like five hours for anyone to help you.. but it is what is... I can't wait for the phone to come in the mail.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm in the market for a new phone and money isn't a limitation. I'm also not partial to any particular US carrier, but here are some of the features I'd like to have: WiFi, GPS, good coverage in lots of places, push Gmail (a must!), physical keyboard (a must!), a touchscreen, decent battery life and a relatively slim body. And please, nothing that has a fruit logo on it. No offense to the fruit fans, though. Thanks!"
