I agree with JohnPQ. The prices are way too high from the start. You should check out iPhailure.com for some good alternative views on the iPhone
The apps need to be on-board. I'm tired of all these web-based AJAX "apps" that require a constant connection.

I think an SDK is needed to fully unleash the iPhone's capabilities. You should check out iPhailure.com for some good alternative views on the iPhone
Boy, I don't think I'd even trust myself with that kit. Looks like $80 it is. You should check out iPhailure.com for some good alternative views on the iPhone. I think they have an article about that consumer group who filed the formal complaint.
Because the blackberry has added a feature that the iPhone also has. Anytime a company matches another competitor, they are making a move at taking business from that competitor. Think about it. When Microsoft introduced the Zune, what did Apple do? Lowered the price of an iPod to $250...just like the Zune. Hmmm...interesting
AT&T has to squeeze every last penny it can get out of service contracts since they are getting taken to the cleaners by Apple for the exclusive iPhone rights. Hence, a simple $20 service plan for the phone is understandably not happening.

With iTunes synching, it is very likely that Apple will lock up the phone again anyway. It seems almost paradoxical that the software used to update and expand your iPhone, can also serve to cripple it! www.iphailure.com
A Blackberry with Wi-fi? Looks like Apple may have another hurdle to overcome in the smartphone market.

How about some 3rd party non AJAX based software and maybe some voice recognition software to put the keyboard debate to rest...a least for a little bit!

If Apple is able to provide superior service when addressing potential issues and continue to develop improvements on subsequent generations, stock analysts see Apple’s stock with a potential of reaching as much as $160 before June of next year.I read about it at www.iphailure.com
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I own an iPhone 3G and I'm looking for a decent speaker / alarm clock for it. I am going to listen music in a mid-sized room, so I want nice quality speakers with solid bass. I also want to use it as an alarm clock, so it would be great if there is such a feature. The price can be low-mid to mid-high range. I was looking at the Klipsch iGroove SXT; it's powerful, slick and the reviews are good, but it doesn't have an alarm clock feature. It's no deal breaker if I can set it up from the iPhone, but I'm not sure. Thanks!"
