This is crazy. they need private security. changing cell plans and accounts and phones didnt work for them, so what do they do? more question i have are: what about their email? regular mail? what else is this person getting into. seocndly, why dont I know how to do this lol.

I'm also not partial to any particular US carrier, but here are some of the features I'd like to have: WiFi, GPS, good coverage in lots of places, push Gmail (a must!), physical keyboard (a must!), a touchscreen, decent battery life and a relatively slim body.
