IMO this is much more interesting than all the iPhone developments you can sink your teeth into. If this came over to the US, it could be the iPhone killer and the Smartphones you've come to know killer. QWERTY is the fastest way I have to input data short of a full sized keyboard. With M$ Surface and this tech coming out, keyboards seem to be systematically phased out.
I'm no fanboy of M$ or Apple, the iPhone isn't for my tastes and I'm pretty fond of Win Mobile and can't wait to try 6.0 out, but it's not much different from 5.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm in the market for a new phone and money isn't a limitation. I'm also not partial to any particular US carrier, but here are some of the features I'd like to have: WiFi, GPS, good coverage in lots of places, push Gmail (a must!), physical keyboard (a must!), a touchscreen, decent battery life and a relatively slim body. And please, nothing that has a fruit logo on it. No offense to the fruit fans, though. Thanks!"
