Too bad the video driver issue with many of HTC's new handsets have not been resolved. There is a bit of a misunderstanding that the video driver issue affects the performance of all graphical rendering and use the GUI on the unit, not just video playback.
I thought such immunity also keeps internet providers off the hook as well. While I do not agree with the wiretaps on our own people, without this law AT&T and others would have more reason to police content and information exchange on the internet that may make them possible targets in lawsuits regarding copyright.
Hmmm I like the Tivo but would most likely use my homemade HTPC as well :)
My current tv isn't even progressive :(

One feature I fear might be lacking is that this wonderful wifi enabled ipod can still only sync via the usb cable.
This would replace a Swiss Army watch but I lost that by the public piano of the student union of my old college. This one if I get it will go in my pocket, not on the piano to be forgotten when I play.
Looking forward to getting my hands on and carrying around a multi-touch screen device because my back would never forgive me if I went with a Microsoft Surface....
