Whoa! Choas rules... have to get used to this :-P
That's an enterprise feature especially aimed at cafeine induced
stressed managers... it relaxes them when their phone gives them some
confirmation.
Jup, got one here in my pocket.

Great screen, great build quality, fast. And with a cooked rom on it (see forums.samsungomniai8910omnia.com) quite usable too.

Symbian in it's current form isn't a great OS, but Samsung messed it up real badly concerning integration and support.
Symbian OS will become like.... eh.... OpenTTD :-D Old skool aan awesome!
Damn that huge-ass Armani logo is ugly! Oh, wait... that adds 100 euro to the price :-P
Ist es ach erlaubt für leute die nicht Deutsch sind aber jedoch die sprache verstehen und es ach ein bischen schreiben hier etwas uber die messe zu discussieren? :-D

Hehe, can someone german check how many errors I just made? (I'm Dutch)
I compared my i8910 with the N97 of a friend of mine... some OS-es, slightly larger CAP screen on the i8910 and guess what: I prefer the touch expierience of Nokia's resistive screen. It's more precise and not hyper-sensitive which can be annoying.
@Mark

If with mini-querty they mean a portrait keyboard that takes 1/4th of the screen that would be amazing. I guess though it'll be more like half the screen.

I've been using my i8910 for a month or so now and I find my ability to accurately click little links without zooming in on webpages getting better and better on it's cap screen (I've now reached the level where the advantages of a resistive screen do not dawn on me anymore hehe).

However, when using the famous Virtualkeyboard app (google for it, and get a cert or a hacked phone if you want to install it) I can't type decently on the 1/4 screen KB app... well it was made for use with a stylus hehe. So I'll wait for them russians to release a next version... or maybe even Samsung will one day give me a portrairt querty :-) :-) :-)
Hear hear!

And fanless, and very thin!

Awesome!
@Jonathan,

About the scrolling thing... I have i8910 and didn't encounter that. Actually my friend has a N97 and that does have the scrolling inconsequence.... so I guess it's a Nokia thing.

Actually if you give S60V5 a capacitive screen the expierience is actually quite good. I found myself really "working" the N97 haha... (a better resistive screen like the samsung Jet would be quite good allready... that screen is just a pain).

BTW, I get a bit tired of all the Symbian bashing. Yes, it's got an oldfashioned and somewhat crappy interface in S60V5. But anyone who used the OS will recognize that it's quite a fast and stable OS underneath (actually I bought the i8910 coz I'm that kind of power user that isn't really bothered by a sloppy UI... usually put my Windows to the most bare graphic settings available after installation to gain some speed as well). In 2010-2011 Symbian^4 will be released which ditches the old Avelon interface API (basicly not designed for touch but used for it anyway because Symbian was in a hurry) and replaces it by Qt, which should make things up to par again.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm in the market for a new phone and money isn't a limitation. I'm also not partial to any particular US carrier, but here are some of the features I'd like to have: WiFi, GPS, good coverage in lots of places, push Gmail (a must!), physical keyboard (a must!), a touchscreen, decent battery life and a relatively slim body. And please, nothing that has a fruit logo on it. No offense to the fruit fans, though. Thanks!"
