Thank you for the great work. I like the new look... very classy and getting more structure.
"The paint is infused with an aluminum-iron oxide that blocks all radio signals at 100Ghz, the frequency at which wifi transmits."

What? WiFi at 100GHz? I only know about WiFi utilizes in the 2GHz and 5GHz range.
Looks like the Rogers Rocket Hub (Ericsson W35) is selling for C$399.00 at a Rogers Authorized Dealer http://www.wirelessexpress.ca/ericsson-w35-fixed-wireless-terminal.html
I think I have seen a creative way at some airlines of getting their hands in our pocket... "Discount" for not picking your seat in advanced!
Folks,

Some intriguing observations...

- @ 0:24 "Precision engineering"... remarkable as an Eclipse 400!?

- @ 0:30 "Revolutionary rising keypad"... so it makes the overall thickness more consistent? Not too sure about the practicality. But if it's applied to any touchscreen glass, i.e. when we touch the complete flat surface, it'll magically "raise" like a dimple button - then I'd call revolutionary beyond the piezo sensor.

- @ 0:37 "Reflective, advanced scratch resistant"... but like many before, it'd be finger-print magnet.

- @ 0:57 "Fast download and upload with HSPA"... 10.2Mbps DL / 2Mbps UL like 6260 slide? Then prospective buyers in North America would be snubbed again with the majority 8800 series models. Well, I hope Nokia will consider one variant that works on 850/1900/AWS.

- @ 1:05 "5 Megapixel camera, Carl Zeiss optics, Dual LED flash"... looks more like a Xenon bulb but wouldn't it nice instead?

- @ 1:10 "Noise reduction microphone, Superior sound quality"... I really hope Nokia put some engineering inspirations from its Vertu side.

- @ 1:18 "Go silver OLED display for privacy"... would it mean the screen relatively dimmer, narrow viewing angle?

- @ 1:23 "Indication lighting for calls and missed events"... I'd be surprised if this model is running on S60 at all. If it's S60, then Nokia has "successfully" managed to make the UI experience more straight-forward, object-oriented like S40 then.

- @ 1:42 "Nokia 8800 XXXX, Outer perfection, Inner power"(?)... I like the dock. And, does it come with the matching Bluetooth handset?

- @ 1:50 "for internal use only"... a whole thing is far from launch?
Heather / George,

Fantastic!

BTW, in case of anyone who want to know the song in this video that is so fit for the occasion (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xb1vl-ejyss&fmt=18)...

Phunk Investigation - [This Holiday]

Just to fly away …
I’m hanging on sunshine
Just a mile away…
It’s time for us to feel fine
Forget about your days at work
Mid-week when the traffic hurts
Just a night away… We’ll be walking on sunshine

On this holiday
We’re going so far away

Let the music play

Just a ride away …
I think it’s gonna be fine
Just to fly away….
We’ll be walking in the sunshine
Forget about the weekday crush
About a week it will be enough
Just a while away… We’ll be walking on sunshine

On this holiday
We’re going so far away

Let the music play
... And the list goes on & on! Thanks to the "demands" from many "pioneers" like Ryanair and the "supplies" from "pioneers" like Airbus http://www.gadling.com/2006/04/28/airline-economy-seats-to-be-replaced-by-standing-room-only/
... And Airbus should be banned too for blowing the idea since 2006 ;-)
I think Ryanair should form "À la carte nickel-n-dime" alliance with them! :-D
Milty,

Thank you for the info. Then it is the iGo Amigo from Nav 'n' go. I have played with the iGo Amigo 8.4.2.81333 for a while but I still prefer the more robust / complete iGo 8.3.x To me, iGO Amigo is more straight-forward, less complicated to use but miss out some POI-related features.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I just switched to Sprint from Verizon about three months ago for the Pre. Then I went for the Hero about a week ago. Now, I miss my hardware keyboard and am thinking about switching to the Moment. I am still able to switch back to Verizon if I want and get the Droid when it arrives. Should I just trade up to the Moment when it comes out, see if I like it, and if not switch to the Droid? Or something else entirely? Help!"
