Not even close, remember the N Gage QD that is the corniest and ugliest device ever. the back adds a certain mystique to the phone. but after weeks of it laying on a counter and sliding around and going in and out of a pocket. Those points get worn down and are no longer glossy.

Yea What happened was when they launched flexpay it crashed the systems when they changed the software to allow the use of prepaid cards to fill someones flex account. Im a salaes rep for T mobile and Ive been trying to add some guy's $100 dollar refill card for like 4 days

That is why i work for T-Mobile. We're #1 in customer service for the 5 years in a row and looking strong for the 6th. It would be funny to see the let go customers file a suit, but at least it allows them to shop for better coverage, cheaper plans, cooler phones, and of course better customer sevice without being charged for the early termination

"I just switched to Sprint from Verizon about three months ago for the Pre. Then I went for the Hero about a week ago. Now, I miss my hardware keyboard and am thinking about switching to the Moment. I am still able to switch back to Verizon if I want and get the Droid when it arrives. Should I just trade up to the Moment when it comes out, see if I like it, and if not switch to the Droid? Or something else entirely? Help!"
