ooh, free stuff! i think i could put most of those things listed to use. :]
3G? so another at&t exclusive?
freeways are a joke in So Cal. especially the 405. there is almost always a bottleneck somewhere along there any given day of the week. and a "normal southern california driver" DOES speed. if you dont speed, you're going 10mph slower than everyone else. So Cal is definitely not the ideal place to get EPA mpg numbers, unless you drive completely against the flow of everyone else. freeway driving means nothing here because you're always speeding, adjusting your speed from bottle necks and random slow downs or people cutting you off, or you passing slow people.

your law suit makes no sense. your basis is that honda's literature says "mileage MAY vary", thereby suggesting it is possible to get EPA. ok. but that doesnt guarantee that YOU will get EPA mileage. however, it IS possible given the absolute ideal conditions that are identical to what EPA simulates in their tests. and many people elsewhere DO get EPA mileage or even exceed EPA mileage on their HCH-II, so there is no false advertising on Honda's part. if you/your lawyer do not understand that, you/he needs to take some english classes. or maybe he does, but he's just being smart and earning $$$$ from you for such a frivolous lawsuit you will never win.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I've found myself using my PC for a lot of conversations lately, and I'm also considering recording a podcast to share with anyone who will listen. There are tons of USB headset / microphones out there, and I'm hoping someone has some solid recommendations based on experience. I'll consider both headsets and standalone mics, by the way, but I'd like to keep the bill under $100 if possible. Help!"
