I hated them for years but time to face the facts, Apple is Killing it.

How would you change the iPhone?

- software software software. the hardware is fine. the "getting stuff done" apps, minus the UI, are behind other smart phones. mail sucks, cant delete more than one. need to synch notes, todos, documents. common its 2007.
- don't want a phys keyboard.
- stylus might be nice
- the fact that there is no copy and paste is the lamest thing I have ever seen in any device ever. what the hell? this is like 1970s technology. maybe need a modifier key.
- real SDK. web apps are not going to cut it. open this up apple. people will make it better. you can't do it on your own. my mac is full of 3rd party stuff. give up control and let this thing take off.
- no hard drive. no moving parts, ever. 8g plenty.

"I just switched to Sprint from Verizon about three months ago for the Pre. Then I went for the Hero about a week ago. Now, I miss my hardware keyboard and am thinking about switching to the Moment. I am still able to switch back to Verizon if I want and get the Droid when it arrives. Should I just trade up to the Moment when it comes out, see if I like it, and if not switch to the Droid? Or something else entirely? Help!"
