Would it be so hard for any of the handset manufacturers cranking out Android devices to add the 850mhz 3G band? It seems like there is some purposeful feature reduction when Toshiba or HTC comes out with a handset with everything BUT 850mhz.
I know of this guy. I live in Chicago and you will see this guy parking this Ferrari at North Ave. beach all of the time. I could spot the gold rims from a mile away. I think he also used to own a restaurant that burned down a few years ago.
I actually have been wanting to buy one of these!
Please please please.
I like this concept and design (I like switching phones a lot due to interest in other form factors) but the fact that this has the Verizon OS on it kills the product for me. If it was Windows Mobile or even the regular GSM Samsung OS I could live with it. The Verizon OS puts a hurt on the whole phone.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a solid state drive, around 32 to 64GB, for use in my web server. The drive will contain my web sites and the operating system, either Windows Server 2008 R2 or Ubuntu. Large storage is handled by a separate RAID array, so capacity is not an issue. Rather, I am looking for the fastest, longest-lasting, and most reliable drive under $150 that is suitable to my application. Any thoughts? Thanks!"
