I guess for live events hitting pause for 5 minutes and then skipping the commercials doesn't count.
I don't know if I would call it hardware acceleration. At least it uses both cores.
It's up. I had to quit and start Itunes again for it to show up. It requires ver 8.2 itunes btw.
Similar problems in NY with VHF channels. Can't receive ABC (7) at all. VHF power underestimation?
Maybe they'll upconvert it like Primeval on Scifihd. At least it doesn't have black bars on all 4 sides like Dr. Who.

You can't even have 1080p/60 on blu ray. 1080p/24 on blu ray actually uses less bandwidth than 1080i/60 on tv (before compression), but for some reason it isn't broadcasted.

The only SD I watch is SciFi HD. Everything is letterboxed.
Sounds exactly like the as720 with the ipod & calibration features added. No firmware updates either. I think at least it's the biggest htib out there, but the hdmi glitches are annoying.
