@msunardi I'd say even blinking would go a long way, not to mention focused sight.
@taefoto My Sony PRS-505 has very solid hardware.
@BluegrassGeek What Amazon did was no different from actual censorship, and it was actually worse in some aspects.

It's quite obvious that this wasn't the government telling Amazon to remove "1984" from people's devices, because that particular book is quite old and available from many different sources of which Amazon is just one. But what if the book was new? What if it was about current politics?
@ABarton Since netbooks run regular desktop apps, and I suppose regular desktops run netbook-optimized apps very well. I mean, I understand you want your own AppStore and the virtually free money that goes with it, but seriously, you think people will not only develop separate applications for just one of your processor families, but also for a specific Linux distribution running on just one of your CPU families?

As I see it, limiting it to Atom is a death sentence for the whole platform.
Can I trust Snoop to remember where I'm going?
If your primary need is listening to podcasts I don't know of a better choice than iTunes and any player that works well with it.
@(Unverified) "Hack" was appropriate in this context, since it's one-off and unsupported.
Are you sure they didn't mean algae solar cells?
That's how I feel about people buying Macs ;)

"I'm looking for a solid state drive, around 32 to 64GB, for use in my web server. The drive will contain my web sites and the operating system, either Windows Server 2008 R2 or Ubuntu. Large storage is handled by a separate RAID array, so capacity is not an issue. Rather, I am looking for the fastest, longest-lasting, and most reliable drive under $150 that is suitable to my application. Any thoughts? Thanks!"
