I am a TMobile customer from the days of the parrot. I forgot the original name, but it went to VoiceStream and now TMobile. I am happy with their customer service. This service should even more enhance my satisfaction. I am planning to wait for the return of the Nokia telephone before I buy the service. Of course I could probably get in without the two year commitment if I buy it elsewhere.
At any rate I am looking forward to ordering and using this. By the way, I spent over an hour asking questions and getting RIGHT ANSWERS from Tamara, who was in Maine. She and others like her are why I have chosen to stay with TM.
I hope this is a relevant post. I am also glad I found this service, as it seems to be to mobile phone service what Consumer Reports is to so many other consumer products and services.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I've found myself using my PC for a lot of conversations lately, and I'm also considering recording a podcast to share with anyone who will listen. There are tons of USB headset / microphones out there, and I'm hoping someone has some solid recommendations based on experience. I'll consider both headsets and standalone mics, by the way, but I'd like to keep the bill under $100 if possible. Help!"
