better chance than winning the lottery
geee Engadget, if you are going to rant, shouldn't you get your own blog in the corner of the web somewhere and leave this tech blog as just as tech blog with informative news?
I thought these have been available for years as promotional usb stick, especially from tech company.
What is the deal with everyone complaining about, I can get a 22" monitor for the same price. The purpose of this monitor is not to use it as a primary or secondary monitor, but rather as as third monitor for dedicated monitoring of IM / stock / status / video / etc. For those of us that already use 2 monitors for work, having a third one just to monitor IM and such..
Doesn't motorcycle store already sell magnet to put on your motorcycle anyway?
What's the big deal? Even if you bolt from Verizon there isn't any way for you to switch to another carrier except for the one that rent the network from Verizon. You can't even change your phone to Sprint due to the differences between the network, and for sure you can't use your old phone on ATT / T mobile / any of the GSM network anyway. So in the end Verizon isn't really loosing anything if you decide to bolt then all you loose is what ever you spend on your phone. Sure you can ebay or craigslist your phone, but end up loosing a good chunk of money in the process.
wow first post that actually have more than 1 page of comment.
Why would you need a survey to get this kind of information. Around san diego, now you starting to see a lot of tacoma speedway blue, and i do mean a lot. Of course what is also funny is all the people who drive the speedway blue tacoma tend to wave to each other when they see each other on the street.
How about american company start focusing on making everything to standard.....In the last few weeks i drove everything from the GMC yukon, the chevvy malibu, the prius, the cadilac gts, the honda civic hybrid, the nissan sentra ( 08). All of those car are 08 model, and generally have the same baseline, but even when you are comparing the most basic, with the exception of the cadillac gts, even the interior between the japanese car and the american are like night a day.... In the japanese car, you have nice streamline, plastic material that doesn't say cheap, doesn't say leather or expensive, but it flow well and it doesn't scream cheap imitation. As soon as you step into the american car, again with the exception of the gts which was all leather, most of the american car have these cheap hard leather imitation that just scream chinese knockoff.... improve the basic please and make american car a pleasant thing to drive. It's not that america car company cannot innovate, some of the feature in the american car amaze me that they can do something different, but sheeshh the quality of everything else just scream cheap knock off. Just improve everything and american company will do just fine, but they choose not to and just focus on milking what they have....
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a solid state drive, around 32 to 64GB, for use in my web server. The drive will contain my web sites and the operating system, either Windows Server 2008 R2 or Ubuntu. Large storage is handled by a separate RAID array, so capacity is not an issue. Rather, I am looking for the fastest, longest-lasting, and most reliable drive under $150 that is suitable to my application. Any thoughts? Thanks!"
