The iPhone is surprisingly missing from the list!?
So.....how long until this bad news spreads to the "new" MyTouch. My trial period is up tomorrow and I am now thinking seriously of returning my MyTouch. Just don't want to take the risk of being abandoned.
Most electricity is still produced by coal.

It would be helpful to know how much coal (or other energy) and its related environmental impact, cost, etc., compared to gasoline, is produced per mile.
CrunchPad may be pushing Apple to move up its schedule. Apple device supposed to be $800, CrunchPad supposed to be $300. Apple tied up with a carrier ready to extort big bucks out of us. I'll take the CrunchPad!
Quick, tell us, is it worth bypassing the MyTouch and waiting for the Hero?
When, where and how much?
How would the 2nd generation Android (myTouch) compare? Since you are comparing the just released iPhone and PRE it seems appropriate to compare t he latest Android instead of last years model.
Sure would like to see more info on the supposed 18 Android products scheduled to drop before the end of 2009.
I really don't understand all the excitement. The Pre doesn't represent a superior choice over some of the soon to be launched smartphones. What does the Pre have that is so much better? Please enlighten me.
New iPhone sounds nice. AT&T service/plan pricing still prohibitive!
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I own an iPhone 3G and I'm looking for a decent speaker / alarm clock for it. I am going to listen music in a mid-sized room, so I want nice quality speakers with solid bass. I also want to use it as an alarm clock, so it would be great if there is such a feature. The price can be low-mid to mid-high range. I was looking at the Klipsch iGroove SXT; it's powerful, slick and the reviews are good, but it doesn't have an alarm clock feature. It's no deal breaker if I can set it up from the iPhone, but I'm not sure. Thanks!"
