It's obviously a 328i since the 335i has exhaust tips on each corner and the 328i has dual tips on one side. I have a feeling they just took all of the way over-priced catalog parts and put them on the 328i. I am sure the performance gains will not come close to justify the price.
That being said I am driving my 8th BMW and love it every time I drive it.

Can I get paid in iTunes gift cards? That would be helpful since my kids (ages 5, 7, 9) have discovered how easy it is to order movies and shows via Apple TV and I am about to be hit with a huge credit card bill!

I am not sure how but my MacBook is downloading iTunes 8 right now. iTunes itself doesn't see a needed upgrade yet and my MacBook Air (on it now) only shows 7.7 as a available upgrade from the iTunes download site?! WTF? I simply opened the same page on my MacBook and it showed iTunes 8 available so I clicked on download. It looks to be a 55.9mb file.

Mine was replaced yesterday after the damn thing started melting! I was also having my replacement iPhone 3G replaced at the same time. Argh! Apple quality is really suffering lately.

I wish my reception got better after 2.02! Oh wait, I forgot, AT&T has no 3G in Orange county NY and the 2G reception sucks as well!

My first one (Black 16Gig) had a crack at the bottom near the connector. It also had a battery life that was horrible. My replacement is crack free but the battery is worse and the reception is horrible on both Edge and 3G. I took it in last night and they were happy to replace it with one small problem... No swap stock! Apparently no Apple stores have swap stock on Long Island and they had to order one. I was told it should arrive today but it's now 7:30pm and nothing. If it isn't at the store tomorrow I will have to get another phone for the weekend since I am traveling and this hunk of crap drops literally 9 out of 10 calls I make.(I actually kept count and tried both Edge and 3G!)
I am going to do the flashlight test to look for cracks now!
