Actually, there have been developments on that front: http://www.linux.com/feature/148339
Woah, I have the Sprint version and have been whining about how poor the off axis contrast is. I actually cracked my LCD screen. I wonder if I can replace it with the verizon screen.
Meh, still no N800/N810 player so still of no use to me.
Yep, not even close to ready for prime time. Buggy, slow, and frequent crashes. I know its just a preview, but I don't know why the company would want to show off something that only shows flaws. Access Netfront 3.5 http://www.access-company.com/products/netfrontmobile/browser/index.html puts a much better foot forward though it, too, is also not ready for prime time. I can't wait for Opera Mobile 9.x

"I own an iPhone 3G and I'm looking for a decent speaker / alarm clock for it. I am going to listen music in a mid-sized room, so I want nice quality speakers with solid bass. I also want to use it as an alarm clock, so it would be great if there is such a feature. The price can be low-mid to mid-high range. I was looking at the Klipsch iGroove SXT; it's powerful, slick and the reviews are good, but it doesn't have an alarm clock feature. It's no deal breaker if I can set it up from the iPhone, but I'm not sure. Thanks!"
