Multiple billing options, including one day access, for an ADDITIONAL Wi-Max division with Sprint's billing and customer service?!? HAHAHAHAHAH! That will be the biggest clusterF@#*% in history.

The thought of Sprint resolving a billing or customer service issue in a day or even one call is laughable at best. This is great technology that Sprint cannot support on the people end-like all of their business model problems. It's not often their CDMA network even; it's their billing and customer support. Hopefully Google buys them or VZW or someone with customer support. XOHM good, Sprint support BAD.
That phone is the biggest swiss army sh*t, overblown bunch of crapgadget ever made. I bet Sprint would try and sell it as a B2B "small meeting" information device if it was CDMA and not GSM.
Headquarters! This is foxtrot two! The terrorists are fleeing in a Zipcar at 22MPH-send the in the armored Smart Fourtwo...STAT!
I was so thinking of Runaway with Tom Selleck or Stargate SG1. That's a bit too creepy. Why would we want to help Skynet take over!?!?
Come on kids, get fat-no excercise...ice cream, happy song... HILARIOUS Song to sell kids a toy to make them more sedimentary than ever....Dad, mom no time to play, stupid toy make kids happy day....touch hand to floor....LMAO
If you have trouble syncing a CURVE with a mac, you might have to pay the CASH for Missing Sync instead of the free pocketmac. Thus far, only missing sync seems to work. RIM is supposed to have a MAC desktop client before the year is out. I wonder, will it be for the new THUNDER Blackberry only and other upcoming OS? Hmmm..
I think the interface will have to be a lot better than the Touch Flo that HTC did recently. In other words, it better not just be a pretty home screen with the same old, same old underneath, as it won't work. If RIM has learned from Apple's sucess, this might be the phone that makes people jump to Verizon for once, instead of waiting a year to get what other carriers get at a launch.

Well, at least I can sell my Curve for this when VZW comes out with it. I hope the UI is as useful and easy as RIM does now. After all, the trackball idea was borrowed well from the Sidekick for Blackberry devices, it RIM does its own take on the Iphone interface, ups the horsepower (memory and processor) well, it could be a stellar product. I hope so
Oh, and was for that angry Adam post above, I can read my bill and my texting and data were unlimited, so grow up. Most of us who have left were professionals that spent over $600-$6000 a month on bills total, so that doesn't float. We aren't people with text-happy teenie-boppers. Besides, every company has people that call in with stupid user issues, like teens that over-text. But, every company doesn't have over six hundred THOUSAND customers leave in one financial quarter. Your lack of intelligence and plain bitterness about this situation reveals much of what has killed Sprint. Glad I am not a big shareholder and I sure hope that XOHM helps the people who are stuck with that stock...
I had six lines and tons of data and left mid-contract for VZW. I spent 30 hours on the phone with CS over lost phone numbers in porting, billing issues and loss of service issues (IE-once a week, everyone's texting and/or data service shut off). If I have to spend 30 hours fighting with you in less than two months, it is just not worth it. The service/network was exceptional, but the customer service and billing nightmares made it not worth a dime and just frustrating. Outsourced people who try to help but cannot understand and do not have the ability to help you even when they do understand. They write a "trouble ticket for people you cannot talk to and you never hear back till you call and threaten to cancel!

I doubt that WIMAX can save Sprint, as they can't help but ruin it, as they cannot provide competent service to anyone. My friend's have large business accounts and are consistently mis-billed, month after month.
In short, their customer service and billing will drag the thing down to oblivion. There is little hope, even with XOHM.

Look man, people are corrupt everywhere...Christians call it "total depravity"-we are all able to do evil in every conceivable way...doesn't matter if its Western Culture or Third World...Still, the kids that could learn are the ones who will pay the price here...Way to go dumb patent lawsuit number one billion...
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I just switched to Sprint from Verizon about three months ago for the Pre. Then I went for the Hero about a week ago. Now, I miss my hardware keyboard and am thinking about switching to the Moment. I am still able to switch back to Verizon if I want and get the Droid when it arrives. Should I just trade up to the Moment when it comes out, see if I like it, and if not switch to the Droid? Or something else entirely? Help!"
