I left Verizon last month after six years. I got fed up with their monopolistic phone-butchering and the way they nickel-and-dime you on features. Joined AT&T and got the 8525. I LOVE it. The $175 ETF was the best money I ever spent. Not only is the 8525 for Verizon way over a year late, but you just know it's going to be crippled with Verizon's typical crapware. Suck it Verizon! Love ya AT&T!
Do it, Scott. I left Verizon two weeks ago and am now in AT&T heaven! It's so nice not to be nickel-and-dimed for features and to be able to do anything I want with my own damn phone without Verizon crippling its features. HSDPA also seems WAY faster than EVDO.
I detest Verizon and their cripple-phones and am dying to move to AT&T. Because I will have to pay Verizon an early termination fee, if I could only win that Blackjack, I can afford to switch to AT&T immediately. Help me escape the evil that is VZW!!!
Definitely the Q9h. I'm counting down the seconds for it to come out on AT&T so that I can finally ditch Verizon and the cripple-phone they forced upon me.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I've found myself using my PC for a lot of conversations lately, and I'm also considering recording a podcast to share with anyone who will listen. There are tons of USB headset / microphones out there, and I'm hoping someone has some solid recommendations based on experience. I'll consider both headsets and standalone mics, by the way, but I'd like to keep the bill under $100 if possible. Help!"
