Extra $10 more a month = No Buys.
It's all smoke and mirrors. The price isn't cut in half at all because you have to pay $10 more a month. Thats $240 more without tax just for the contract.
The sad thing is a lot of people will be paying $10 more for 3G they can't even get because the AT&T 3G coverage is really not that great.
AT&T is the biggest buzz kill ever. I was all pumped about this phone and then they had to go and raise the monthly plan $10.
The price isn't that great when you take into account the extra $10 a month you have to pay.
I'm only getting one if I can get out of the $10 a month data hike through unlocking and keeping my current plan.
The 3G iPhone isn't cheaper when you consider the $10 a month hike in service over 2 years. That's $240 + $200 for the phone = $440.
Mine will live on as long as it's $10 more a month for data or there's no way to get around it.
Not to mention that tha 3G network is limited and only avalible in major cities. This $10 more per month is no buys. I'm pretty sure you can get 3G media net plan now for $20. So I'll be unlocking this phone and doing that as soon as an unlock/jailbreak is available.
$10 more a month for a limited 3G network that is only available in big cities = No Buys.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"With all the new multitouch capable monitors coming out, which one is the best? With the release of Windows 7 I really want a touchscreen monitor for my desktop. I'm looking to get a Full HD monitor that supports multitouch and can still look great during gaming and movies. Which one has the best specs for the price?"
