Thought it will be with Symbian^2 that sure isn't Symbian^4 yet where all the changes are going to be(some nice touches on Symbian^3 too). That said maybe Nokia have used the direct UI to customize Symbian like all the other manufacturers will customize Symbian Foundation OS for their own liking? Because where would basic Symbian need snapdragon?
