WOW.... again with this, im really impressed by the fact that peoeple that AGAIN feel the need to complain because THEY WERE FORCED (keyword FORCED) into buying this phone AND unlocking it, im amazed..... i cant wait for them to loose.....
i think these people need to stop complaining about this type of thing. if an individual knows about unlocking these devices and using them elsewhere they SHOULD KNOW the risks and voidances of waranty etc etc etc. and for this person to sue apple, is just giving people that dont know anything about unlocking or anything else (that have bricked their iphones out of ignorance) an easy out to jump on the perverbial bandwagon because 'everyone's doing it'. easily put, it just doesnt make sense, everyone knows that i cant take phones frmo vzw to att because of the network differences, and obv hardware and firmware issues that come with that, but im not running around suing vzw because they use cdma, and im on att, a gsm provider. just live with it, or get att service, whichever is the lesser of two evils for each of us.
"I just switched to Sprint from Verizon about three months ago for the Pre. Then I went for the Hero about a week ago. Now, I miss my hardware keyboard and am thinking about switching to the Moment. I am still able to switch back to Verizon if I want and get the Droid when it arrives. Should I just trade up to the Moment when it comes out, see if I like it, and if not switch to the Droid? Or something else entirely? Help!"
