Seems like I remember Apple doing the same thing with the iPhone name. Was it Cisco that already had it copyrighted? Anyway, Apple refused to work with them, releasing the iPhone even before the problem was cleared up. They eventually settled, but the attitude was apparent. Seems like Apple thinks so highly of themselves that they think don't have to follow the rules like everybody else.
No, it is absolutely not our practice to apply boots to vehicles that exceed our arbitrary mileage limits.
That's 11:59 PM--or just before midnight tonight.
How to fix the economy? Impeach the Democrats to keep them from socializing everything! It was the government (Republicans and Democrats alike) that got us into this mess--there's no way the government can fix it by taking over and running everything.
OK--here it is. I've got two teenagers. Need I say more!
Oooo, oooo. Pick me, pick me!!
I might be interested in this phone if Sammy and ATT hadn't decided it would be better to remove WinMo. My guess is that they didn't want to have to write a WinMo MobileTV app since they already have one on the Access. Oh, and they could keep costs down (and profits up) by avoiding MS licensing fees.
mrpoo, I've never heard a constipated bear, at least that I know of, and I don't think I'd want to get very close to one anyway. Actually, the sound is quite good. That is what a 4 stroke sounds like. You might have heard 2 strokes from a few years ago that are not used in Supercross or Motocross any more, at least on a professional level.

The video quality is better than I've seen with any of the other helmet cams.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm in the market for a new phone and money isn't a limitation. I'm also not partial to any particular US carrier, but here are some of the features I'd like to have: WiFi, GPS, good coverage in lots of places, push Gmail (a must!), physical keyboard (a must!), a touchscreen, decent battery life and a relatively slim body. And please, nothing that has a fruit logo on it. No offense to the fruit fans, though. Thanks!"
