Wow does my 2 week old 20" iMac look less pretty today.
As long as they only make it thinner and don't add anything drastic I will consider myself lucky.
I'm braced for the worst, already called PC world and they won't do a 28 day return because I've turned it on.....Boooo'urns :-(
Do you know where i can find some sailors?
How did no one spot the blatant fact the time will be out by 5 minutes before it made production. A long way short of genius.
I feel let down by Apple who are moving away from being cutting edge to just wanting to be shiny and wow the masses. I'm sure there will be queues on Friday 9th November around the country and the handset will be hailed a success. But without UMTS or HSDPA this phone is unfortunately a white elephant. I'm sure many of my less savvy friends will try to show off with their new iPhone, asking me why I haven't got one yet being Apples biggest advocate. Working also in Tech Support for T-Mobile UK means everyday I work with phones which amaze me, but I'm afraid all I feel is deflated until the already mentioned iPhone2 makes an apperance next year. I know between now and then I will keep looking at those gorgeous demo videos of iPhones showing beautiful pictures, videos and websites and I'll want to change my mind. But I know in reality I will spend most of the time looking at a loading bar as images on websites load so painfully slow. Sorry Steve I won't be hugging my Macbook to sleep tonight.
Have you just crawled out from under a rock? The handset is sold locked up to O2-UK and activated when signing up for a contract through iTunes. If you expect to be able to pop another SIM into this (without the joys of 3rd party apps) you should just jog on.
Please! I work for tech support in T-Mobile UK and it would be great to rub their faces in my brand new unlocked iPhone.
I'll have one.....plz
Bit of a copy off the old apple "one more thing" event last year.
Lost in HD! Doesn't make the story any clearer though.
www.appleipodvideo.com links to the apple store. Hmmmmm, interesting!
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a solid state drive, around 32 to 64GB, for use in my web server. The drive will contain my web sites and the operating system, either Windows Server 2008 R2 or Ubuntu. Large storage is handled by a separate RAID array, so capacity is not an issue. Rather, I am looking for the fastest, longest-lasting, and most reliable drive under $150 that is suitable to my application. Any thoughts? Thanks!"
