Disregard the previous post. I realize now it's an issue with downloading over-the-air directly on the Iphone. Hopefully it will be fixed in the next firmware. In the mean-time I'll download directly to Itunes on the computer, and then transfer over by cable.

Another solution is to hit the "sleep" button to make the screen go off, and then double click on the "home" button to play without turning the screen back on.
I enjoy your podcast. However, I have one big complaint on the technical side; I immensely dislike that you are using a video podcast format to deliver what could be perfectly done as an audio podcast (as you did until a few weeks ago). The video format my Iphone to shut the screen off properly whilst listening to the podcast (or rather video podcast) - this is severely draining my Iphone's battery. It is also impossible to listen to the video podcast whilst browsing the Web, as previously was possible with the plain audio format. Could you please go back to just an enhanced AAC format?

Thanks.

"I'm in the market for a new phone and money isn't a limitation. I'm also not partial to any particular US carrier, but here are some of the features I'd like to have: WiFi, GPS, good coverage in lots of places, push Gmail (a must!), physical keyboard (a must!), a touchscreen, decent battery life and a relatively slim body. And please, nothing that has a fruit logo on it. No offense to the fruit fans, though. Thanks!"
