I thought the FT86 name was supposed to link it to the AE86...so I figured this thing would make it to production as a Levin or a Trueno. Regardless, I think they should go with the Celica name. If they want to badge it as a Scion, I would seriously consider a new name. Anything's better than having a name associated with a boring, generic econobox.
Having your key fob double as a flash drive is a terrible idea. The last thing I want is a virus on my key fob.
I drive at 160-180 daily (unrestricted roads). Those speeds aren't exactly dangerous if you know what you're doing. So these guys are complete badasses in my book.
Seriously? What a waste of time.
Love the A4 Avant, but those wheels look like extremely cheesy, aftermarket specials.
The Emirati women will be all over them...actually so will the men...
Yeah, I'll agree with that. The "Bangleness" of it is all camo. The real thing will probably look like a super-sized A4.
Tbh, the new photos have allowed it to transition from hideous to inoffensive. Lower it to a normal height, and I would definitely rock one over the sedan.
Wait, were they trying to make it more generic? The old one was a bit blah, but I've never managed to confuse it for a Camry, but that's exactly what happened here.
That's the first good Saab commercial I've seen...ever.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I own an iPhone 3G and I'm looking for a decent speaker / alarm clock for it. I am going to listen music in a mid-sized room, so I want nice quality speakers with solid bass. I also want to use it as an alarm clock, so it would be great if there is such a feature. The price can be low-mid to mid-high range. I was looking at the Klipsch iGroove SXT; it's powerful, slick and the reviews are good, but it doesn't have an alarm clock feature. It's no deal breaker if I can set it up from the iPhone, but I'm not sure. Thanks!"
