Yeah, but now you have to confirm (or deny) each and every purchase…! With the shopping cart you could kind of browse, select some stuff and then at the checkout decide if you want to keep it all or if you'd like to remove some -- that option is totally gone…
So basically the 3.1 update is (once again) mostly about iTunes connectivity and giving the user even more way to spend money in the store -- and not about the basic functionality and features of the device and its OS…! :(

Hey Apple, how about an update that actually corrects at least some of the flaws and brings a few useful features that are not connected to buying music and stuff…?! How about fixing some of the things that have been bothering users ever from the start…?!

Or maybe a universal Inbox in Mail…? Or the option to finally sync all my iCal calendars…? Or…oh whatever, never mind…

I was really hoping for better support of A2DP Bluetooth stereo headsets…! Right now none of them seem to be working with the iPhone…!? :(
Just out of curiosity: does anyone even own one of those Psystar Hackintoshes…? Or do you know someone who does…?! No…?! Thought so…

So personally I don't really care about their escapades because they have no influence on the Mac market or on Apple or on my personal life…

Let them sue all they want, it's their money they're wasting with such shanenigans…
Being from Germany I don't really know that much about the FCC and its role as a regulatory goverment agency, so maybe someone can explain to me whether Apple is actually obiged in some way (by law or whatever) to actually answer to the FCC at all…?! Could they simply choose to ignore it and what would the possible consequences be…?! Can the FCC actually force or order certain companies to fulfill their rulings…?!

Thanks!
Can someone please explain to me why Americans seem to be so obsessed with "correct tipping" that we need almost 40 such apps in the Ap Store which break the bill and tips down to the last measly cent…?! I don't get it…

Of course good service deserves a good tip but do you really need to make it exactly 18% of the total then…?!

And how hard is it to to break down a bill when you want to split it with three people and what's the big deal if you round it up a little anyway…?! I just never understood what all that is about…
"Apple has reported that 90% of all current cars are iPod/iPhone enabled…"

Well, most of the cars (could be around 90%) over here in Europe nowadays have an AUX jack nearby the radio or so, but I wouldn't really call that "iPod enabled"…!?

A few select manufacturers actually do have setups with a dock connector though, which is way cooler of course -- but those are usually offered as an extra for cars which most of us can't afford anyway…
Oops, sorry about that -- accidentally sent a cached comment! :(
Uhm, here's a little addendum though: it seems that no matter which poster I click on to choose it as a favourite the site still saves both offered movies in my favourites list…!? What's up with that…?! Why would the movie I dismissed be listed as one of my favourites…?!

Maybe I'm not getting the concept, but it just doesn't make sense…
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"With all the new multitouch capable monitors coming out, which one is the best? With the release of Windows 7 I really want a touchscreen monitor for my desktop. I'm looking to get a Full HD monitor that supports multitouch and can still look great during gaming and movies. Which one has the best specs for the price?"
