Oh oh oh I know, lets become green by harnessing the energy of moving snails to generate all our electricity.
Van Hooydonk, who actually did the designs for previous generation 5-series and 7-series took over after Bangle.
Here is the fruit of his mind with no one to go against him.
To all you folks commenting on Bangle being gone.
The designs that he god the discredit for were never actually Bangle's, he was responsible for the overall design group, but didn't create the designs themselves.

The awful BMW designs that still see prime examples in this huge mess that is supposed to be the new 5-series have to be attributed to Aadrian Van Hooydonk. He is the guy the took over after Bangle so that explains why the designs are just getting worse and worse.

Why does it have to be so busy, why does there need to be all these weird bumps and angles and diversions everywhere.
If they could actually design a nice car they wouldn't have to use all these little tricks to destroy the actual lines of the car.

I especially like the hood from a PT cruiser on there.
Totally anticlimactic after being promised "exploding doors" ha.
They've obviously been to Balmer's school of dance.

This is just sad.
Another "idea" from blockbuster that will become nothing more than a press release.
Not having an IT staff to develop and maintain any of this is a little bit of a problem.

Most likely it's another "hey look at all these great things we have coming out shortly, somebody please buy us" type of thing.
Doesn't look nearly as goofy as those silly crotch-rockets.
I can't see the list of tracks because my work blocks anything to do with games :(
I guess I kinda like them all.
But when lexus does it and charges $70,000 for it it's ok?
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I just switched to Sprint from Verizon about three months ago for the Pre. Then I went for the Hero about a week ago. Now, I miss my hardware keyboard and am thinking about switching to the Moment. I am still able to switch back to Verizon if I want and get the Droid when it arrives. Should I just trade up to the Moment when it comes out, see if I like it, and if not switch to the Droid? Or something else entirely? Help!"
