Americans know both definitions of the phrase "rip off". I think it was just misunderstood in this post.
How could you do this to me, Engadget!! I DON'T LIKE CHANGE!!!

Just teasing, looks great!
What's with the tiny little screen? Half the face is grey plastic...if they put a nice, hi-res screen on that thing, it would be a lot more interesting.
Did Josh just insult his own website, or just all of it's visitors?? hmmm..
Damn, that looks awesome! Android 2.0 may get me to ditch my iphone...
I love me some google!
I hope they'll release their free gps for the iphone sometime soon, and if not, oh well...it just means apple will be forced to give it to us for free in iphone os 4.0!!

So glad I didn't buy the tomtom or navigon apps for $100!
Tattoos are for sheep....follow the herd!!

This is just stupid. Every piece of software on the planet is easily hackable, and easily downloaded for free by anyone that knows where to look.

I have an iphone and it's ridiculous how easy it is to get apps for free.
"Sad media frenzy"??? Umm...pot calling kettle black?

Not that I mind, a big part of why I come here is for the apple coverage.
Just saying...
Best TUAW tip ever! Great job!
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm in the market for a new phone and money isn't a limitation. I'm also not partial to any particular US carrier, but here are some of the features I'd like to have: WiFi, GPS, good coverage in lots of places, push Gmail (a must!), physical keyboard (a must!), a touchscreen, decent battery life and a relatively slim body. And please, nothing that has a fruit logo on it. No offense to the fruit fans, though. Thanks!"
