Still black and bulky. Everything has changed in this world except the look of SLR cameras, same as 30-40 years ago. Industrial designers definitely needed!
Good things come to those who wait.
I've been wanting for a small SLR with video feature and reasonable price.
This is perfect. Those from Canon and Nikon are over priced and bulky. Unless you are a real pro, there is no reason to pay double for a camera like 5D Mark II.
I've been shooting with the D200 for years now and start to get tired of carrying around bulky gears and lenses.
Does this mean that the price of the Nikon D700 (or possibly D3) will have to be cut?
Interesting to see what Nikon will response, pricewise. But I think they will bring down the price of the D700 to around $2000 in order to stay attractive. Otherwise people will go with the Canon 5D Mark II.
Talk about being ridiculous and amusing at the same time.
As a user of Moto phones in the past, I must say that they should focus on improving the UI which is not very user-friendly.
Should that be the case, I am for it. It would look even better for users.
If there is no technical road blocks, Apple should either create its own GPS software or let companies like Tom Tom or Garmin do it for the iPhone. A full blown, turn-by-turn GPS can only make the iPhone even more popular.
Well, Canon 5D replacement is coming, so a full frame Nikon sloted between the D300 and D3 makes sense.
Hope it's true; the D3 is out of reach for me.
Still no voice activated calling. Wait, when making call while driving, Mr. Jobs wants you to take your eyes off the road for few seconds and admire that beautiful looking screen, given that you don't get into an accident.
One feature that I'd like to see in 3G iPhone is voice activated calling. This feature have been around since year 2000, and I am still baffled by the fact that the current model does not have it (It's quite unsafe to physically dail while driving). Second item that I'd like to see is wireless headphones (those cool white wires dangling from your ears start to look outdated).
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I own an iPhone 3G and I'm looking for a decent speaker / alarm clock for it. I am going to listen music in a mid-sized room, so I want nice quality speakers with solid bass. I also want to use it as an alarm clock, so it would be great if there is such a feature. The price can be low-mid to mid-high range. I was looking at the Klipsch iGroove SXT; it's powerful, slick and the reviews are good, but it doesn't have an alarm clock feature. It's no deal breaker if I can set it up from the iPhone, but I'm not sure. Thanks!"
