I agree, driving in Central Park would get shot down from all sides. Plus, have you seen the effing potholes and generally horrible roads there? F1 cars would be destroyed before the first lap.
Stupid, yes. NSFW? Only if your workplace is offended by said stupidity. I was expecting tits galore.
No photos of the engine bay? Sadness. As we seem to be entering into the final era of the ICE the world needs a last hurrah in the form of a modern take on the comical yet awesome idea of a 2.0L V12.
72 hours would be useless as I saw this thing several days before the Top Gear episode aired. It's a fantastic bit of graphic editing, but regardless, I watch Top Gear to be entertained and don't find it deeply worrying that Clarkson whipped this out. He isn't getting paid to do investigative journalism.
Gross. Just gross. It looked like after all these years Cadillac was going to get serious, and now this news. I really like the CTS but it's just too big. The news of a smaller 3-series fighting coupe with that incredible styling had me excited and ready to take a hard look at dropping my BMW. If they truly revert right back to the soft, FWD absurdity which helped put GM in this predicament then it's assured the Bavarians will keep getting my money.
You beat me to it.
Wow.. she, uh.. talks a lot.
Yeah, Americans surely wouldn't buy this Focus. No sir. We'd much rather have that rolling snoozefest Ford currently heaps upon us. Selling this thing here might undercut sales of the 87,000 Mustang variants currently on the market and we just can't allow that to happen.
It's a nameplate. If Nissan released a kick ass car called the 510, I would know what it was, you would know what it was, and really we'd just be happy with another interesting auto on the road. Pontiac may end up with some weirdly named ute but we all know it's a Chevy El Camino.
Speedbumps are the goddamn devil. My 330 has a KW suspension so it is lowered, but nowhere near this extreme, and I still have to avoid bumps unless I want to bang the hell out of my car. It's forced me to keep a mental list of every local road and parking garage with overly aggressive bumps.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I own an iPhone 3G and I'm looking for a decent speaker / alarm clock for it. I am going to listen music in a mid-sized room, so I want nice quality speakers with solid bass. I also want to use it as an alarm clock, so it would be great if there is such a feature. The price can be low-mid to mid-high range. I was looking at the Klipsch iGroove SXT; it's powerful, slick and the reviews are good, but it doesn't have an alarm clock feature. It's no deal breaker if I can set it up from the iPhone, but I'm not sure. Thanks!"
