so does this mean i can use an unlocked iphone 3g on Tmobile and get 3g speed? you've always been able to unlock a iphone 3g and use it on Tmobile but the problem was you only get 2g/EDGE speeds.
WD drivers die faster than any drive on the market. You'd have to be insane to trust all your data to WD drives. I had TWO wd backup drives die on me within the span of 2 1/2 yrs. They were backup drives that rarely got used.
that phone is butt ugly... i'm so unsure about this phone. if the HTC Touch HD was out right now, I wouldnt give the G1 any thought
I dont blaim them for dropping linux. i'm pretty sure they've had more than enough idiots buying linux systems not know anything about how to use linux and then calling support complaining about how they can't run Microsoft Office on linux.
700$ what are they smoking
if you take a basic typing class you won't need an oversize character keyboard.
thats what i plan on doing. I have the Vista Business 1.6ghz 2gig ram model. If all the drivers are available for download i'm going to downgrade.
everyone wants more ram, bigger screen, wifi, big hd, webcam, etc. for under $500... if you want cheap go with the eee pc
are the editors blind? how is that an Eee look-alike / ripoff. the two computers look nothing alike the fact that both are black means nothing.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a solid state drive, around 32 to 64GB, for use in my web server. The drive will contain my web sites and the operating system, either Windows Server 2008 R2 or Ubuntu. Large storage is handled by a separate RAID array, so capacity is not an issue. Rather, I am looking for the fastest, longest-lasting, and most reliable drive under $150 that is suitable to my application. Any thoughts? Thanks!"
