I cant find it in iTunes, can anyone post the iTunes link??

Thanks!
Its all about the carrier settings file. There have been many reports saying that if you upload the modded .ipcc file to the iPhone that MMS and tethering will work right now.
What does this have to do with a ban on cell phone use while driving?

And to answer your unrelated question, there is no "Legal" way to use an iPhone with T-Mobile in the U.S (And even if you were to illegally unlock the iPhone, it would be limited to EDGE speeds), and it is technologically impossible to use it with either Verizon Wireless or Sprint. AT&T's network and devices run on the GSM platform, while VZW and Sprint use CDMA.
How is talking hands-free any different then talking to the person sitting in the passenger seat?

Are they going to try to ban passengers in vehicles next?
so anyone wanna copy that service and throw it in a torrent...the mac mini in my car is begging for a front end like front row...
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm in the market for a new phone and money isn't a limitation. I'm also not partial to any particular US carrier, but here are some of the features I'd like to have: WiFi, GPS, good coverage in lots of places, push Gmail (a must!), physical keyboard (a must!), a touchscreen, decent battery life and a relatively slim body. And please, nothing that has a fruit logo on it. No offense to the fruit fans, though. Thanks!"
