How is it that the EU gets up Microsoft's ass for every other thing they do, yet Apple can pull such obvious anticompetitive bullshit and go scot-free?
It's comical how Engadget's user base is so completely anti-everything-Apple, to the point of low-ranking anyone who says anything besides "APPLE SUCKS BAWWW."

There's no sense in having a comment rating system when the ratings are so completely biased towards one type of fanboy.
These Phenoms are quad-core processors, but their fourth cores are found to be defective or otherwise not perfectly functional. It's not a good idea to run that core. It's disabled for a reason. There's no reason they would sell a pristine quad-core processor for a lower price as triple-core.
We do we allow increasingly bold attempts to destroy what's left of privacy in the US? The potential for the abuse of this bill, if it were to become a law, is limitless.
@Look_Around_You: Granted, Republicans aren't the most creative group of people ever, but you kids really need to come up with a better punchline to every anti-progressive rant you ever spit out. The Kool-Aid shit is so old, it makes me cry every time I hear it. You've beaten it to death twelve times over, let it go.
Ugh. All this drama and magic, and they can't freaking give me push email? Get your shit together, Google.
Beep.
...It is just me, or are they just shooting at a regular screen protected by a thick pane of bulletproof material? That's not a bulletproof touchscreen, that's called cheating.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm in the market for a new phone and money isn't a limitation. I'm also not partial to any particular US carrier, but here are some of the features I'd like to have: WiFi, GPS, good coverage in lots of places, push Gmail (a must!), physical keyboard (a must!), a touchscreen, decent battery life and a relatively slim body. And please, nothing that has a fruit logo on it. No offense to the fruit fans, though. Thanks!"
