The declining ARPU probably has something to do with (in the recent past) easy access to Sprint SERO plans. I'm paying $30 + incidentals for 500 anytime, unlimited text, unlimited data, and I have no intention of letting go of this deal.
meh, I've been paying $30 for unlimited data and text (including 400 anytime minutes that I rarely use up) with SERO.

As for customer service, the few times I've had to call them to correct something (like being charged for a text message, or reporting a lost/stolen device) I have always reached a person who could help within a few minutes.
better than a box of crowbars!

"I just switched to Sprint from Verizon about three months ago for the Pre. Then I went for the Hero about a week ago. Now, I miss my hardware keyboard and am thinking about switching to the Moment. I am still able to switch back to Verizon if I want and get the Droid when it arrives. Should I just trade up to the Moment when it comes out, see if I like it, and if not switch to the Droid? Or something else entirely? Help!"
