*facepalm... marketing fail
This will be a multifunction charging station that will probably also charge a bt headset and some other products down the line. That's an acceptable retail price for it. I won't buy one, but it's tempting.
Edge only is what I've read elsewhere... argh.
They need to release this as a GSM with Android on it or something - the software on the Krave ZN4 with the Verizon bloat is awful and cripples the thing. My little Ming runs better than that thing.
lol @ gecko feet technology.
So apple is going to sue them for what exactly? Wouldn't they also then go after the half a dozen or so other companies making similar products? LG, Samsung, HTC, etc... It's dumb at this point to single them out - this doesn't look any more like an iphone than what Nokia is coming up with.

Do they have a license to alter and distribute WinCE?
I kinda wish they had stuck with Linux for their touchscreen stuff, but I get why they did this. I'll pick one up if someone figures out how to put android on it.
This comments existence proves I desire a new phone.
I don't like to pre-judge movies I haven't seen based on the trailer, but this looks incredibly awful. I want to see it.
I've heard the reviews aren't so good, but I don't often agree with the consensus.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I own an iPhone 3G and I'm looking for a decent speaker / alarm clock for it. I am going to listen music in a mid-sized room, so I want nice quality speakers with solid bass. I also want to use it as an alarm clock, so it would be great if there is such a feature. The price can be low-mid to mid-high range. I was looking at the Klipsch iGroove SXT; it's powerful, slick and the reviews are good, but it doesn't have an alarm clock feature. It's no deal breaker if I can set it up from the iPhone, but I'm not sure. Thanks!"
